at the intersection of tech and people
product & functional manager,
psychologist, author,
founder of the Gradient NGO
Five years of experience in IT — from an engineering background to managing products, projects and operations. I hold degrees in applied mathematics and psychology: one gives structure, logic and work with data, the other — an understanding of the people behind that data.
I lead products and operations at a tech company, where the cost of decisions is high and the team is the main instrument. I implement AI- and data-driven solutions, build processes and help teams work faster and better. I also write — about people, culture, fashion and business.
I'm interested not in one person in a room, but in how groups think, decide and change. That's why I founded the Gradient NGO and build group programs — where change happens together, not alone.
